WHAT ARE WE FIGHTING FOR?
Amazon workers who have formed unions around the country have created the Teamster National Negotiating Committee (TANNC) to negotiate a union contract with Amazon. When KSBD workers get a majority of union authorization cards signed, we will have established our union and can join this effort.
In negotiations, we — Amazon workers, as required in the Teamsters Union constitution — will sit down with the company to go over the type of workplace we want and enshrine that in a legally binding document called a union contract. What changes do we want at KSBD? Here are some of the things KSBD associates have brought up most:
At least $30/hr and no cap
Healthcare is paid for by the company instead of out of our pockets.

Incentive pay when transparent productivity levels are met
